SONOS surgical hand instruments are supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The certificate records the quality discipline with which the instrument left the workshop.

This certificate confirms that stainless steel surgical hand instruments manufactured under the SONOS mark are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults, material defects and fitness of form for the intended use. Incorrect sterilisation, drops, abrasive chemicals and unauthorised alteration are excluded.
When care and sterilisation follow SONOS instructions, instrument life and warranty validity are preserved.
